Unions Spearhead $50 Million New Jersey Based Offshore Wind Project

It was recently announced that Atlantic Power Transmission’s massive investment in our nation’s renewable energy infrastructure is also an investment in union labor. This ambitious New Jersey-based offshore wind project will be implemented by a broad coalition of local unions, including the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters; International Union of Operating Engineers Locals 825 & 25; Iron Workers Local 399; and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 456.
