The Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey (ACCNJ) announced Oct. 2 it is adding seven member companies in the third quarter of 2025, expanding its network to more than 300 members.

These additions span across New Jersey’s geography with a variety of backgrounds, from engineering and law firms to marine and tile contractors, showcasing the diverse range of companies that align with ACCNJ’s mission.

“Their shared commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism strengthens our mission to elevate New Jersey’s construction industry,” said Jack Kocsis, Jr., chief executive officer, ACCNJ.

The new members are:

  • Family-owned and operated, Artisan Tile & Marble Company of NJ Inc., based in Somerset, has established itself as a trusted tile subcontractor for a wide range of projects.
  • Dead Calm Seas Marine Services, based in Saint Louis, is a marine and subsea contractor with expertise in underwater and offshore services. Known for its highly skilled professionals and advanced equipment. Dead Calm has clients across the country.
  • With decades of experience, Hoffman Equipment of Piscataway is a construction dealership offering sales, rentals, and service of heavy equipment. Hoffman is considered to be a trusted partner for contractors throughout the region.
  • Based in Edison, Hughes Bros. Inc. specializes in providing charter barges and marine equipment to marine construction companies. As part of Hughes Marine, the company supports large-scale waterfront and infrastructure projects, and ensures contractors have access to necessary equipment.
  • Interstate Supplies DBA Pottys Plus, in Wrightstown, is dedicated to providing reliable and convenient portable toilet rentals in New Jersey. Pottys Plus ensures job sites have clean, dependable facilities that meet the needs of workers and project managers.
  • Mandelbaum Barrett PC, a Roseland-based law firm, offers comprehensive legal support to businesses and industries in New Jersey, including the construction sector.
  • Patuxent Engineering LLC, in Metuchen, is an engineering firm with a focus on safety, efficiency, and precision.

“These new members bring fresh perspectives and expertise that will enhance our collective strength,” said Leigh-Ann Brannigan, membership services director, at ACCNJ. “Their contributions will help drive innovation, collaboration, and continued excellence across New Jersey’s construction landscape.”

ACCNJ represents general building contractors, construction managers, and heavy, highway, site development and utility contractors in New Jersey that employ tens of thousands of skilled union craftworkers.
